Come pause with intention, breath and gratitude this month. We pause so celebrate who were were this year, look back at how far we have come, and tune into celebrating ourselves BEFORE setting new intentions and goals for the New Year. Taking a pause to savor where we've come from helps cultivate compassion and gratitude for ourselves. Doing so helps create the life and place of living and happiness that we truly desire.
