Breathwork is a powerful tool that can bring you back to your body and help rewrite neural pathways to help you change your life! Sometimes we need to come back to the simple practice of taking life one breath at a time, and when we do we find our core truths and core wounds. Sometimes this wounding is made deeper, harder, and more complex by the stories we tell ourselves. This knowledge is powerful! Once you understand the role you are playing in your suffering you can CHOOSE to change it. Come breathe to find clarity in your life and powerfully and mindfully change!
