Breathwork is a practice of harnessing the power of your breath with intentional rhythm changes. Doing this can help us reach altered levels of consciousness, shut down our frontal lobe and ego mind, and help us relax and process emotions of all kinds. Many attendees have powerful shifts in thinking, past trauma, and open themselves to new ways of living and being. If you’re looking for relief from pain, anxiety, and mental anguish, this class is for you.
What you need: BLANKETS, DRESS IN LAYERS, yoga mat, journal, water.
