Awaken with your breath!
This breathwork series is the place and location that started it all for me. We use breathwork, meditation, and more to go deeply into our bodies and out of our overactive minds. This class series often incorporates other forms of healing and I frequently invite other practitioners to come and share therapeutic interventions to deepen the experience. You never know how much 1 class could change your life!
What do you need: a yoga mat, blanket, wear layers, water, and a journal.
